Room Policies

To ensure a comfortable and hassle-free experience for all our guests, Mahabir Lodge follows a few simple policies:

  • Check-In: 12:00 PM
  • Check-Out: 11:00 AM
  • Early/Late Stays: Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may attract additional charges.
  • Identification: All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. International travelers are required to show a passport with a valid visa.
  • Occupancy: Each room accommodates up to 2 adults. An extra guest can be added with applicable charges. Children below 5 years stay free without an extra bed.
  • Payment Terms: Reservations are confirmed only after advance payment. We accept UPI, net banking, and major debit/credit cards.
  • Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed inside guest rooms. Designated smoking areas are provided.
  • Visitors: Entry of outside visitors is allowed only with prior approval and valid identification.
  • Property Care & Conduct: Guests will be held responsible for any damage or misconduct, with corresponding charges applied if necessary.
  • Right of Admission: Management reserves the right of admission to ensure safety and comfort for all.
